Annual Assessmemt

The Board of Directors voted to raise the assessments to $330.00 for the FY 2009-2010. This was done due to the large expense of Hurricane Ike and to replace some of the reserve funds that were utilizied for clean up efforts in the village. This raise also gave our management company a small COLA raise and fully funded our Crime Watch patrol program. We have been able to accomplish all this without have an extra trail association assessment and our assessment rate is still one of the lowest in Kingwood.
