POOL TAGS MUST BE WORN AT THE MILLS BRANCH POOL.

Volunteers will be at the Mills Branch Pool on May 2nd and May 9th 2009 to distribute pool tags from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Please bring with you the following form, as well as proof of residency (driver's license / utility bill). In addition, your asessment payment needs to be up to date in order to receive your pool tags. You are welcome to submit any late pament at the pool; check and money orders will be accepted- no cash please.

After the May 2nd / 9th free pool tag distribution, tags are ONLY available through KAM for $3.00 per tag. Their address can be found on the contact page of our site. Questions? Call Kingwood Association Management (KAM) 281-359-1102.

*Remember...No child under 10 years old can attend the pool without adult supervision.


The recreation center is available for rental. Recreation center rentals must be scheduled through Kingwood Association Management (KAM) 281-359-1102.

The pool is available for rental for residents with pool tags. Pool rentals must be scheduled through Crystal Pool Services (CPS) 713-256-3810. Small group parties are permitted during public swim times with prior approval through CPS as well.

Waste Management of Conroe

• Containers must be 32 gallon or smaller, no 55 gal drums will be emptied.

• Containers must way no more than 40 lbs.

• Unsafe containers (sharp edges, holes etc.) will not be emptieds

• Tree limbs must be under 4’ long, cut, tied and under the 40 lb weight limit.

• Construction debris: rocks, bricks, concrete, dirt, roofing materials, lumber, carpets, etc, cannot be picked up.

• Other items that are not acceptable for this service include: tires, batteries, paint, hazardous chemicals, large tree trunks and refrigerators.

• Please look click on the link to Harris county/City of Houston Hazardous Materials for disposal of items such as the above including computers, monitors, tv’s and other electronic as well as chemicals, paints, pesticides and the like.

Annual Assessmemt

The Board of Directors voted to raise the assessments to $330.00 for the FY 2009-2010. This was done due to the large expense of Hurricane Ike and to replace some of the reserve funds that were utilizied for clean up efforts in the village. This raise also gave our management company a small COLA raise and fully funded our Crime Watch patrol program. We have been able to accomplish all this without have an extra trail association assessment and our assessment rate is still one of the lowest in Kingwood.
